Rustic Log Stair Railing

Rustic log stair railing, custom built for this home, using traditional mortise and tenon joinery.  This is a more rustic look, the spindles have not been sized or have knots removed, they have only been peeled. 

There are a number of options available for log stair railings.  The spindles can be peeled or skip-peeled, the spindles can be left less uniform, or for an even more rustic look, they can be branches that intertwine.
